These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LocalGlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The Service helps local businesses collect Google reviews through QR-based review suggestions, reply to reviews, publish Google Business Profile posts, and create a simple website.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to manage any Google Business Profile you connect.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow Google's policies, including its policies on reviews. In particular, you must not:
- post fake reviews, or reviews on behalf of customers;
- offer customers money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews;
- show the review link only to happy customers or discourage negative reviews ("review gating");
- use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI-generated content
Review suggestions are only suggestions — customers choose, edit and post reviews themselves. You are responsible for replies and posts published from your account, including automatic ones. You can review, edit or turn off automatic publishing at any time.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans start with a 15-day free trial. After the trial, plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You keep ownership of your business content. You grant us a licence to use your content only to provide the Service.
Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party services such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. LocalGlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, rating or search ranking.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [India], and disputes are subject to the courts of [city].
