How do I set up my account?
Sign up, connect your Google Business Profile, add a few keywords about your business, then download and print your QR standee. Most owners finish in about 2 minutes.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. You need a verified Google Business Profile that you own or manage. If you don't have one yet, create it free at google.com/business first.
Which businesses is this for?
Any business with walk-in customers — cafés, restaurants, salons, spas, clinics, gyms, hotels and retail shops.

How do review suggestions work?
A customer scans your QR, taps a star rating, and our AI suggests a few review drafts based on your keywords and services. They pick one, edit it if they like, and we open your Google review page so they can paste and post.
Does the AI post reviews for my customers?
No. Customers always post the review themselves, from their own Google account. Nothing is ever posted on their behalf.
What happens when a customer gives a low rating?
They can still post on Google, just like everyone else — we never hide or block unhappy customers. You'll get an alert so you can respond quickly.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Everything opens in their phone's browser after scanning the QR.
💬Replies & posts
How do automatic replies work?
We check your Google profile for new reviews and write a reply for each one. Replies to 4–5★ reviews are posted automatically; replies to 1–3★ reviews wait for your approval.
Can I edit replies before they are posted?
Yes. You can edit or rewrite any reply, and turn auto-posting off completely if you prefer to approve everything.
How often are Google posts published?
On the Growth plan we publish 2 posts a week. You can preview, edit or skip any post from your dashboard.

How is my website created?
We use your Google Business Profile — name, photos, hours, services and reviews — and generate a mobile-friendly website on a free subdomain.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, custom domains are included in the Pro plan.

How does the free trial work?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
