- Account information — your name, email, phone number (optional), business name and password.
- Google Business Profile data — when you connect your Google account, we access your business locations, reviews, posts and profile information so we can provide replies, posts, analytics and your website.
- QR page interactions — the star rating a customer selects and the suggestions generated. We do not ask your customers to sign in and do not collect their names or contact details.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service, including generating review suggestions, replies, posts and websites.
- To send service emails such as review alerts, receipts and important updates.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- To understand usage and improve the Service.
Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you see in the Service, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard or from your Google Account permissions.
AI processing
