Free trial
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required, so you are never charged during the trial.
Monthly plans
You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within [7] days of your first yearly payment, you can request a full refund. After that, your plan stays active until the end of the year and is not refunded.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
How to request a refund
Email hello@localglow.ai from your account email with your business name and payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
